Owl City

Owl City is my favorite band.  This techno-pop group has a catchy beat with no unquestionable lyrics that I've heard of, so far. Owl City will take you to another world with their imaginative and unique songs, such as "Alligator Sky."  "Hello Seattle" is one of my favorites as a native Washingtonian.  Some good albums are Ocean Eyes and All Things Bright and Beautiful.

Owl City's music has been featured in movies such as The Guardians, The Croods, and Reck-It Ralph.

Bridge to Terabithia

Jess Aarons has been preparing himself to run in the daily class races at his school for weeks.  The day he thought he could actually win, he was beat by a girl named Leslie Burke who had just moved in next door.  They eventually became best friends and they imagined a world called Terabithia. This book is a Newberry Medal Award wining novel by Katherine Paterson.  It was also made into a live-action film and produced by Walt Disney Pictures.  Both the book and the movie are amazing.

LEGO STAR WARS: THE VIDEO GAME

 Be your favorite Star Wars character and build your way through episodes 1-6.  Xavier, age 11 says, "Lego Star Wars is fun if you're a fan of legos. P. S. Enjoy the bonus level, LEGO City!"  Rated E 10 and up.  Can be found for most game systems.
